Kitchen management, stock control & ordering, staff management, menu planning, hygiene routines, 4* service. Cook – Crazy Crayfish Diner Responsible for singularly managing and preparation of all meals, menu planning, kitchen hygiene and cleaning. Graphic design of menus and pamphlets for events.
